Fails on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS about milq

Do this:
sudo apt-get install liblapacke-dev checkinstall
and then just after the cmake -DWITH_QT=ON -DWITH_OPENGL=ON -DFORCE_VTK=ON -DWITH_TBB=ON -DWITH_GDAL=ON -DWITH_XINE=ON -DBUILD_EXAMPLES=ON -DENABLE_PRECOMPILED_HEADERS=OFF .. step and before make -j4 step

vi/gedit/nano /home/amila/opencv/OpenCV/build/opencv_lapack.h
In the second line, replace #include "**LAPACKE_H_PATH-NOTFOUND/**lapacke.h" with #include "lapacke.h"
and then run make -j4
