I get the same error when running install-opencv.sh on Ubuntu 16.04

I, too, was having issues compiling on 16.04 Server that was running off a DigitalOcean droplet, but that was because the 512MB of RAM provided to it was insufficient. Luckily enough, they have step by step instructions to fix it. :)

@BrianMiner any luck with this issue? I am also getting "//usr/lib/libgdal.so.1: undefined reference to `sqlite3_column_table_name'" when trying to build something using OpenCV 3.2
