恐らく、サーバサイドで定期的に全検索してやればいい。
ただし、アプリ側に返す際に新規データなのか削除済みデータなのか通知する必要がある

アプリ側：
URLアクセス時に存在確認し、なければエントリー削除
サーバ側：
Build() 時に存在確認し、なければエントリー削除

存在しなくなった記事にcurlを飛ばしたところ、200 OKが帰ってきた。
てことで、サーバ側で available エンドポイントを実装するなりして確認
