disableCache() only works sometimes about laravel-model-caching

I updated the initial post with more info.

Also, I think I caught what's causing it. In the following screenshot you can see that sometimes a Builder instance is created but other times a CachedBuilder instance is created:

Note that the queries are exactly the same and were executed one after another.
