It's probably Smart Updates at work, a feature, not a bug.
Smart Updates reduces the amount of unnecessary requests sent to sources & spreads out your Library Updates over a predicted release pattern (per title). This helps reduce the chance of sources blocking you, breaking your extensions, and/or go after whoever maintains your extensions/the app itself.
