@jsuddsjr I'll work with the team to get this permission added to this version of Graph Explorer, but for now, please use our new version of Graph Explorer here: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/graph-explorer/preview and you'll be able to access (and consent to) the permissions you need to work with Microsoft Graph's Education API.

@jsuddsjr John, only EduRoster.ReadBasic is a supported scope for app+user delegated access to education APIs. The other delegated scopes are future use only and should not be used.
If you need to create resources, you need to switch to appOnly confidential client flow and use EduRoster.ReadWrite.All
At this time, we have no plans to change this model.
