The problem here is that wingetcreate doesn't rely on Git being installed, and the GitHub API doesn't let you sign a commit as far as I'm aware from looking at the docs. As a workaround, you could commit and push after wingetcreate creates a file.

It appears that the GitHub API does allow the signing of commits. Instructions are available in the API documentation. I just discovered my commits are showing as unverified and would appreciate the addition of this feature.

Shoot! I must of missed that. You wouldn't happen to know what it wants when you "manually create a PGP signature", do you? Their example has signature set to null.

I found this example on Stack Overflow. The process is a bit cumbersome and requires git and gpg to be installed on the host machine.
