[docwire] Command failed on windows 64 about vcpkg

@Nico3201975, vcpkg currently does not have a docwire port.

It does through docwire GitHub to download all the dependencies via build.ps1 file that contains command using vcpkg to do all the stuff. Somehow I got ninja build error, and all the logs are provided.  Is it possible to fix this compile issue through the logs? Sent from my iPhone

I see a vcpkg tag from January, and several overlay ports:

Maybe it is better handled at docwire/docwire#126.
