[opencv4:x64-windows-static] build failure about vcpkg

Based on feedback from Stackoverflow, I deleted the set commands and just left the find_package commands which means my CMakelists.txt is just

project(Analysis)
set(CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE "Release")


find_package(OpenCV REQUIRED)
find_package(TIFF REQUIRED) 
...

However, now I'm getting a whole list of different errors:

opencv_core4.lib(mathfuncs_core.avx.cpp.obj): error LNK2038: mismatch detected for 'RuntimeLibrary': value 'MT_StaticRelease' doesn't match value 'MD_DynamicRelease' in <myfile>.obj
(repeated several times for different opencv libraries)

and

LINK : warning LNK4098: defaultlib 'LIBCMT' conflicts with use of other libs; use /NODEFAULTLIB:library
fatal error LNK1169: one or more multiply defined symbols found

This was solved by adding

set(CMAKE_MSVC_RUNTIME_LIBRARY "MultiThreaded")

to the top of CMakeLists.txt. Other errors may have been due to linking another 3rd party library, which I fixed as well.
