As I can see your on our development branch, there are a few issue we are still working on. We are aware of this issue occurring and will post a fix soon.

Hi @dayland I'm on a fork of the main branch. I've made some modifications to SKU sizes, hence the fork.

To rule out anything was broken in my existing deployment, I created a complete new deployment in a new resource group. But that one has the same issue. Note that my previous deployment was working previously, until I ran make deploy again yesterday.

I am also having an issue with embedding and i have made no changes. I am now getting an error when trying to use the app. Error generating embedding. When i check the application logs it says Error generating embedding:: 503

I have 2 new deployments with the same issues.... uploading documents is stuck in the "queued" state. Health checks recommend increasing the Instance count of the App Service Plans, but these plans are "Rule Based" so didn't want to make any changes until I got some feedback on this channel.
