@roberteles Could you please share a repo that exhibits this behavior? We have to be able to reproduce the issue in order to fix it.

Today the gutter started working again (not sure if there was a plugin update or not), but the fix mentioned in #29157 breaks it again.
There is still an outstanding issue of the Execution Time (the 'ms' at the end of each line) being miss-aligned.

Thats unfortunate! If you can provide a repro, we can take a look! Otherwise we are unfortunately not able to act on it.

For future reference - it had to do with Node v21. Downgrading to Node v20 solved the issue for us.
