Hello, yes it looks like you took a local dependency on a view removed from the kit. We removed Abandoned PowerApps view from the kit as it was found to be a confusing duplicate. Unfortunately it looks like someone in your org took a dependency on it.

I'm not sure if you are pointing to this table or not, unfortunately I can't find anything about how to add/remove objects from this table :

One thing you can try is to remove our dependency on it manually and see if that fixes

1. Remove the _upgrade core solution if it exists
2. Go to Apps > find the Power Platform Admin View app > Edit
   
3. Remove the problematic view and publish
   
4. Try your upgrade again.
