Error when installing botframework about botframework-webchat

@matejvagic - thank you for reporting this. I am going to attempt a repro of the issue and will let you know what I find.

@matejvagic - Can you tell me which version of Node and npm you are running?

Also, can you try running these commands in the below order and see how far you get? You may also want to try deleting the node_modules folder if the first attempt generates any sort of error. These come from the BUILD-SCRIPTS.md file in the Docs folder.

• npm ci
• npm i
• npm run bootstrap
• npm build
• npm start

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to repro your issue. If you didn't initially follow the above steps, can you try and let me know how far you get?
