OpenAPI import support about microcks

I have delivered a first basic implementation. This implement is working but has some limitations for now:

• It only supports the YAML specification format,
• It relies on naming convention: all example fragments having the same name are grouped together for defining mock requests and responses,
• It does not support headers for now,
• It surely have some bugs ;-)
