Where the hack did you get a 5 years old DietPi v6.x image from? We ship DietPi v9.x 😄.
I strongly recommend to use a currently image from our download page: https://dietpi.com/#download
We removed some ancient updater files from the repository a while ago, but if for whatever reason you really want to start with a DietPi v6.x image, change the branch in dietpi.txt to:
DEV_GITBRANCH=8It will then update to latest DietPi v8.x. Since it is based on the as well already EOL Debian Buster, you would also need to upgrade to Debian Bullseye (and optionally Bookworm) to further update to latest DietPi v9.x: https://dietpi.com/blog/?p=811
from dietpi.
