Thanks for the detailed report, will check on that after work :-)
Looks like sniprun isn't as stable on the non-testable apsects that I would like it to be😓
I'm no expert about that but being on NixOS should have nothing to do with that bug. It's more probably my fault
from sniprun.

Nice!
For a bit of context, this bug was due to my lack of testing when I introduced the CLI arguments over :%Sniprun functionnality: adding that to the RPC communication channel overstepped on the channel index the API used. Plus there was a bug in checkhealth.
For less context, this is now fixed (in v1.0.2)
Please close this issue if everything works great (but feel free to continue here if there is anything still going wrong).
Also, if I were you I'd disable the 'Classic' output while toying with the example since both will print to the commandline area
