How can I keep the quotes with the parse output? about papaparse

CSV data, by convention, omits quotes in the row "abc","xyz". In this case, the quotes serve a special purpose to bind all the characters between them together in one field. This is required when the data contains line breaks, quotes, or the delimiter character. With quoted fields, the encapsulating quotes are not actually part of the value/data.

You'd have to make the CSV file represent those quotes as part of the data:

"""abc""","""xyz"""

Three quotes are required because 1 quote encapsulates the field, then two are used to represent one in the data (that's how CSV escapes double-quote characters).

If you can't modify your CSV data, you can always iterate the results and append quotes to the beginning and end of each field after performing the parsing.
