Multiple packages about meyda

I've thought about this a bit and I agree that a separate package for the CLI is better.

So lets come up with a package structure 😄

I'm thinking:

• meyda
  • core meyda feature extractors
• meyda-web-audio
  • meyda with the web audio interface
• meyda-cli
  • meyda with the cli

Obviously each should depend on each other, and the code should be written in such a way as to make it possible to update core meyda without needing the others to do anything more than upgrade the dependency version, etc.

Also, do we rebase the CLI out of this repo before it gets merged to master? I think I can figure out how to do this 😛
