when I was looking at the "thetas.txt" file in deconvolution_models/demo, I noticed that some of them had this weird formatting of 1.0:
chr1 1595934 1596277 chr1 1595934 1596276 [1. ,1. ,1. ,0.722,0.894,1. ,0.689,1. ,1. ,1. , ...

I'm not sure why this is happening , but it could cause problems down the road. Could you fix the output formatting so that every field has the same number of digits of precision (e.g. 0.000 and 1.000)

Also, it would be nice to have a column with the BIC, if possible. Would help if people want to play with filtering by that.
