if a database that powers a "card" is removed the card in the dashboard just says loading forever about metabase

there is definitely a timeout after 60 seconds now.

@hopsoft No, currently there is no existing way to change that value other than to tweak the code. What's the reasoning for wanting to change it? Are you looking to increase or decrease it?

I have some long running queries running against a read replica & would like to increase the timeout to support some immediate needs until we can address query performance.

got it. i would go ahead and file a new issue for that and we can track it there. until then the only option is to tweak the code.
