Hi huns, I've been trying to reproduce this for a while now and have tried running with various configurations. Does this happen everyday or was it a one-off on August 1?

Can you get me your exact OS version.

Settings > About Phone > Android Version and also Build Number.

I'm trying to test in various 2.1 updates now.

Note that I rooted my phone to update to 2.1, as Motorola is not coming out with its own upgrade for the Cliq XT which shipped with 1.6. However, GPS logger worked just fine on my phone before with the exact same configuration, it is only recently that it lost the ability to save to the file. In fact, I used GPS Logger as recently as June 26th with zero problems.

BAM. Found it after you posted your firmware version. It's the weirdest problem... it's being raised when the parser is trying to parse the existing GPX file. And it's specific to 2.1-1 and 2.1-7

It seems to be related to SetNamespaceAware(). I'm working on this now, will need to test on several platforms before releasing to market.
