notice I have that problem when I don't upload an image for the recipe. That should not be a hard requirement if it is.
This is now fixed in the dev branch and will be pushed on the next update, thanks!

Likely a duplicate issues of Issue #7 Error Importing
Can you try a Recipe URL from Bon Appetit or All Recipes to test the parser?

Ive tried the two links you've provided in #7, but it still shows a loading bar for saving, nothing is happening.

Got it, can you post any relevant log information?
Do your bind mount directories exists on the VPS?
