Hanics Mihály Péter's Projects
An algorithm in C for finding connected components (based on side and corner neighbourings) that is efficient in memory usage for most cases.
A website front-end using Three.js to create 3D visual graphics of (discrete mathematical) graphs created with the graph-tool Python library.
Snake game on a 7-digit LCD microcontroller.
Analyzing the structure of painter networks, style and movement connections, and dynamic analysis
A low-level project written in Assembly.
Calculator using infrared sensors as buttons: designed a PCB in Altium Designer to an STM32 Nucleo64 microcontroller. Infrared sensors are used as buttons, as an object gets close to them, their output voltage is measured. To simulate "touching" (input), I wrote a C# client app, that communicates with the microcontroller to control.
Place for my homeworks and extra exercises at CEU.
Computer Graphics in Kotlin + WebGL
Work done at the Complexity Science Hub, Vienna.
Course at CEU for Prediction with Machine Learning for Economics.
Project work at the Central European University, collecting data about contemporary art exhibitions from the e-flux website, creating connections between museum, artists.
An algorithm, that prints out for any number n, the arrangements of n girls and n boys such that between girl with index k and boy with index k, there are exactly k people.
UART Transmitter in Verilog.
This is my (Mihaly Peter Hanics) repository to store implementations of algorithms and simulations in both Graph Theory and Operations Research.
Machine learning models used to predict the of a player solely from playstyle and performance statistics
Machine learning practical examples for presenting - class Advanced Machine Learning
Research ongoing at Central European University to construct an accurate origin-destination (O-D) matrix of Hungarian locations using public road data.
A project aiming to create the richest (public) dataset of painters on the internet.
Contains some projects that I have done in Web Development.
Exercises for PLC development.
Example for communicating with the MATLAB API in PowerShell.
TBA
Reading energy data, running calculations, then storing them in files.
An attempt to make RL, NN models more reproducable by taking out probabilities + Markov-chains just by using discrete maths, pre-settling quantities using the distributions, pre-randomizing decisions and storing them with a "shuffleID".
A notebook showing how one may use SparQL to gather various data of Wiki pages (here: painters) from Wikidata.
Statistical analysis of how physical attributes and performance are related among NBA players.
