Deploy Multicall3 on re.al about multicall

If possible, I'd suggest deploying with the pre-signed transaction, as I likely won't be able to deploy until the end of this week. If you go this route, be careful and fully read the linked docs, to make sure the nonce is not burned :)

We already burned the nonce on our testnet (see #231). It's an Arbitrum stack, so using the pre-signed transaction is not an option.

I am unable to deploy as the deployer account has insufficient balance. Wallet estimates 0.04582863 REETH and current balance is 0.004 REETH:
