Hi! The output of Intl is entirely implementation-defined, so if there's anything that doesn't go according to expectations it would be an implementation bug.

@mamitry This page -- https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Accessibility/ARIA/How_to_file_ARIA-related_bugs -- is about ARIA bugs, but the middle section has links to all the browser bug reporting pages. They are not ARIA specific at all.
