ImportError: MDAnalysis/core/rms_fitting.so: undefined symbol: dsyev_ about mdanalysis

Work around:

1. Install any lapack, eg ATLAS/lapack. On Ubuntu I can do

   sudo aptitude install liblapack-dev

2. Add "-llapack" to the linker line in setup.py

   fast_numeric_include = []
   fast_numeric_link = ["-llapack"]

(Note that the include list can stay empty when the header files are in a 
standard
location; this is the case with the aptitude package installation.)

Eventually we should get this fixed so that the installation complains when no 
lapack
can be found. Perhaps look into the way that scipy allows one to use different 
linear
algebra libraries via cfg files?

With prerelease-0.6.0-rc2 a lapack library is linked by default and compilation 
of
rms_fitting.so should fail if it cannot be found.

See the updated INSTALL instructions for how to add another lapack library to 
the
build system (using the setup.cfg file).
