Which is part of this: http://www.tc4shell.com/

The plugin itself should do the trick AFAIK with the correct settings, but the bundle doesn't need further configuration, integrates better than 7-zip with your O.S. and if you buy it, you'll give a hand to the developer.

BTW, 7z-zstd was a project integrating the zstandard library inside a 7z container. zstd standalone doesn't know how to handle .7z archives, so there's no use in trying it out.
