I totally agree with your philosophy: I'm targeting mobile primarily. Desktop version is only a few lines of css in an external file that can be just not included.

I would appreciate if you will contribute to code, but you'll help a lot also with your ideas or reporting issues. Thank you very much!

Is there a way to do nested menus with sidebars ? Is the mobile way to
do it with Accordian ?

I prefer a scrollable full-expanded list. I think is more usable, but It depends on your needs.
