Add resizing and rotation of strokes about lorien

I might try to try to implement that, i never used Godot but used Unity. Wish me luck.

I'm a bit busy at the moment, so i can't really work on Lorien much right now, but yeah i agree. There are also features that are more important i think (like partial selection) so this will have to wait a bit.

The eraser draws a special stroke on top that is always the same color as the background (even when you change it). It's the only way to achieve near "pixel-perfect" erasing when using a Line2D to render strokes. If you want to completly remove strokes you have to delete them.
