Wrap JavaScriptCore API about pywebkitgtk

I'm thinking of using sip4 for this. Any comments or suggestions?

It is a quick 8 hour hack with cython.
I will make better as i need to :)

I think cython is better in this case since you can make higher level wrapper.

jmalonzo, what do you mean by a wrapper for JSC?  do you mean like the gjs
experimental stuff i added in an early version of #13 patch, which also went in 
as #12?

Is pywebkitgtk a dead project?

I have new wrappers, pure ctypes, updated for GTK3, and with wrappers for 
Javascript-Core.  Works with Python2, Python3, and PyPy
