Static resources content type mismatched about pastebin-ipfs

在 PC 上和 Macbook 用 Chrome / Firefox / Safari 没有发现问题，但是 iOS 的 Safari 和 Chrome 都会白屏。

Problem itself seems to be Fiber framework / Go parsing .js files as text/html MIME type. But,
actually it's related to the CDN cache configuration, Cloudflare returns .js files with text/html MIME content type, it's kinda confusing.

With the config above it start working again.
