PSO scans do not return to the start position about ezconcert

Also need return from auto/auto type async scans.
Easy way:

1. record current position
2. do scan
3. set velocity back to 5
4. return to initial position

Sometimes the async scan doesn't stop and if that occurs than there is an error when it tries to return. I have added a loop to try testing if the velocity really stopped and to try again if not.

• I am seeing two attempts sometimes.
