ServerError - how to analyze problem about python-redmine

I can't reproduce this error on my Redmine server (I'm using the 2.3.3 here).

Usually when the internal error is returned from Redmine means that something bad happened on the Redmine side. You have 2 options here:

1. check the Redmine logs
2. try to make a raw query, i.e. http://your-redmine-url/issues/issue_id.json

Also, when you do issues.get(1) you are requesting an issue with the id 1 and not the first issue from a resource set, do you really have an issue with the id of 1 ? Maybe your Redmine returns 500 error if you are requesting an issue that doesn't exist (mine returns 404).
