Export / import configuration settings of Wordpress plugin about matomo-for-wordpress

FYI: I did some work on this and it's mostly straight forward but there are a few problems that may not be super clear and bit trickier to implement:

• Export/Import only for WP-Matomo settings be trivial but there are also some settings that are stored in the WP-Matomo app and this makes it bit more difficult as we'd need to know where to save what etc. For example exclusion settings are bit more difficult to handle.
• We wouldn't be exporting settings that are directly done within the Matomo app. Eg scheduled reports, mobile messaging settings, privacy settings, etc.

Hi Thomas, thanks for adding this as an enhancement option. I understand some settings will be more easy to include in an export / import than others, and some will be outright impossible. For me the biggest timesaver right now would be to be able to export/import scheduled reports. But if that is going to be too complex or too much work, I don't mind configuring them manually. BTW, thanks to the entire team for Matomo and the WP app, now we finally have an easy to implement, privacy friendly alternative to Google Analytics!
