I've had issues saving/loading dlarray variables in mat files. I'm not sure this is supported. If that's the issue you could convert them to standard variables with extractdata() before saving them, and use dlarray() after loading them.

Saving and loading dlarray-s is supported. If either of you have some reproduction steps for these issues I'd be happy to take a look. You can also report bugs here (there's a "Report a Bug" button near the top) if you think the bug isn't related to this repo.

Thanks a lot for your help, I probably made some mistakes while saving the model after the fine-tuning phase but now it works perfectly, the variables and the parameters of the fine-tuned model are saved and loaded correctly, and it was not necessary to convert them first into standard variables.
