Problems with TraversingVisitor implementation for custom classes about jaxb-visitor

Sorry for the delay. This looks like a bug in the code gen for the TraversingVisitor. Referenced types should be treated like they are in the DepthFirstTraversal insofar as an empty method is generated.

I think having an option to not generate the classes is a good idea too. I'll look at both of these shortly. The test project should make this easy to debug.
