Which ubuntu version are you using?
Did you recently upgrade your ubuntu?
And, can you paste your /etc/lsb-release here?

This is an Ubuntu repository. I think thats where the errors comes from.
What you can do is download the .deb from launchpad with your browser and install it afterwards.
This should work since Ubuntu and Debian are sharing most of the packages.

There is. You have to click on view package details and after that you can open the package panels.
Then you can find the packages under Package files
from pulseaudio-dlna.
