Unable to get notifications for Api level 26.

Same here on api 30.

There is a missing notification channel that needs to be added to the notification after posting it to the system

This library works fine on Nougat (Android 7.0), after that, since Oreo, as NotificationChannels need to be created for posting notifications, it doesn't work.
