django update 1.5.4 - ImportError: No module named core.management about django-rest-swagger

That error usually results from Django not being available in the Python path. Try installing Django again.

I downgraded django to 1.5.1 and its working.
any way I can prevent django update from pip install --upgrade django-rest-swagger

did the fresh django install 1.5.4, things are working just fine!
probably got the bad install before ..sorry about that!
