I'm not sure what exactly you mean by "other user themes".

But to provide a response in the general area of theme extensibility, the long-term direction is that Maqetta will allow integration with arbitrary CSS themes, but with Preview 1, not all of the extensibility hooks are complete. With Preview 1 (unless you pull down the source code and make code changes), the CSS theme support consists of 2 built-in themes (claro and sketch), the ability to create custom themes by cloning one of the built-in themes, and then using the theme editor, page editor or source editor to change the themes.
