Weekday range does not work well about pactester

It's because of a bug in
http://code.google.com/p/pacparser/source/browse/trunk/pac_utils.h file, which 
causes
'SAT' to be treated inappropriately. Since this file is taken from mozilla 
source
code, I could find a corresponding bug in Mozilla bugzilla
(https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398077). I'll submit the fix 
shortly
into svn.
