Roadie will choose the !important color when there's a conflict. Is there a situation where this does not work?

In that case we want it to render the !important qualifier as part of the style property. As per above. It drops the qualifier which makes a difference in the context of the client (e.g., Outlook, GMail etc.) style sheet.

You can try out master and see if it works better for you or wait for the next release (which will most likely happen when Rails 4 is closer to completion).
