How about saving all parameters in *.properties file? It can be read very
easily in Java and is a standardized format.

It's a good option if we don't want to change them often. I don't know if we want or not in this moment, but I think it will be good to test our algorithms with many variations among those params to choose best values for them. Of course not now.
