Of all the items in the legacy discussion/open questions, there is only one that isn't either no longer relevant or included elsewhere:

• Speculate on why \texttt{L995F} but not \texttt{L995S} has evolved secondary variation.

As this is the most speculative, I am happy to leave this out of the discussion as I think it might break the nice flow we have there. @alimanfoo opinions?

• Discuss weaknesses, caveats and potential improvements to method for estimating haplotype age.
• Discuss accessibility, have we missed any functional variation?
• HW disequilibrium in Gabon - what might be happening here?

• What are the implications for insecticide resistance management? Realistically how could this information be used?
• What about DDT? If prior selection for DDT resistance, how might this complicate the picture? Do we see any evidence for multiple phases of selection?
