Access to the SMTP from API about maildev

Hi @drizgolovicha! Are you not able to pass the existing instance to the test code itself? Maybe creating a wrapper test function to require?

testMail.js

var MailDev = require('maildev');
var maildev = new MailDev();
module.exports = function(callback) {
  maildev.on('new', callback);
};

yourTest.js

var testMail = require('./testMail');

it('should require authentication', function(done) {
  testMail(function(email) {
    done();
  });
  someCodeThatSendsAnEmail();
});

Would that help you out?

Connecting to an existing instance might require a bunch of things to be re-written and might not be something I could tackle in the near future 😄

Hey, thanks for reply. But it won't work, because when you run multi browser instances it creates new SMTP connection for 1 port.
