Thanks for the report @jissereitsma. Are you trying to run a production build of the project? vendor.js should only exist if env for webpack is set to production. This could be the case if you ran npm run build.

We're actually not in a place right now where we've spent much time on production builds. We've been running in dev mode for awhile to get things moving on the tooling/UI.

We (for sure) need a story, though, to make this dynamic on the server side, because it'll need to be changed between dev/prod.
