Myth Unbound doesn't draw you a card when your commander is put back into command zone from GY/Exile about mage

Curiously, shortly after the above screenshot, this happened. I'm going to guess that the card was never updated to work with the new way commanders are moved into the command zone from graveyard/exile.

Yeah it's currently only setup to filter permanents, even though the commander would be a card in the graveyard or exile:
