You should login before checkout, when you login after checkout then item not show into 'My Customized Products' tab

Create Account > Purchase > View Account > View Customized Products

I am still not seeing any of my designs from previous orders in my account in store. I have place many orders in store but none show. I have been logged in for all these orders.

In addition, Magento 2 requires create account after order is completed.

When you add item to cart from pdp site and then you login with an account customer ,then item recent add to cart will not show design into cart page.

Yes this is bug you have report for us. You need only run command bellow.

I ran compile code and it is STILL not working. We need to launch our store and this is keep us from doing so.

I purchased product as logged in and there are no previous designs shown.
