Yeah, we're seeing the same behavior. Thanks for posting to the Meteor group. I'm hoping that a simple "do not cache" option is available. Otherwise we'll have to significantly rethink the strategy for how we're adding test files.

Sorry about the slow response on this, @philcockfield . We've gotten it working (we think) on the meteor-0.6.6 branch. One issue still unresolved is that the new meteor packaging rules mean that packages aren't visible to meteor-mocha-web on load time, so any package-specific symbols should only appear in before/after/it blocks, as opposed to describe blocks or at the top level. We hope to fix this soon, but it might require a file in tests/ that declares which pages you want to load before meteor-mocha-web.

As we talked about off-line, for now you'll need to do a meteor rebuild --all to catch the new files. We're scheduled to talk with the meteor people about a better solution to this, but for now, it's what we've got!

The readme has been updated to reflect this.
