[Idea]: Bot that automatically verifies PRs which add new playlist(s) to the registry about spotify-playlist-archive

This idea sounds great! I'll leave this issue open until one of us implements it, though I don't plan to do so any time soon.

Ok, so the only thing I need to figure out right now is granting the right permissions, because at the moment, my bot is unable to merge PRs even though I'm pretty sure I've granted it everything it needs... anyway, I'll get back to you once I've got the whole thing working as intended.
